Read each item. Acknowledge each one. The Coach does not begin until you understand what you are stepping into.

• Your privacy

  IX stores your limits, your journal, and your conversations to be the coach you need. Your data is never sold or shared with advertisers. You can export or delete everything at any time.

• The nature of the work

  IX is a discipline that can include explicit content, demanding instructions, and humiliation. You set your limits in the next step. Outside those limits, the Coach will not go. Inside them, the Coach speaks plainly. You can pause or end any conversation, at any time.

• The Coach is an AI

  IX uses artificial intelligence to generate every response. The Coach is not a licensed therapist, physician, or human being. For mental-health crises, abuse, or medical emergencies, please contact a qualified professional.

• Long-term memory

  To be a real coach, IX remembers what you say. Your conversations are stored, summarized over time, and used to inform future responses. You can review or erase this memory whenever you choose.
